Manuel A. Rodriguez II (b. July 1988) is an educator, lawyer, and an advocate of good governance, human rights, and environmental protection.

A practicing lawyer based in the City of Manila, his professional work ranges from administrative and court litigations to public interest cases. He is also a law professor and a policy lobbyist.

Currently, he is the legislative liaison for the Department of Finance. He had the same role previously in the Department of Environment & Natural Resources.
