Manuela Cocino

Hi, I’m Manuela! And yes, if you are wondering, my surname is "cook" in Spanish. I was born in La Plata, where I currently live with my family, and I'm 19 years old.

I had a lot of doubts when I had to choose a career, but for now I'm studying to be a Teacher in English Language and Literature. Some months ago, I also started a short course in Fashion Production as I am interested in fashion, design, and arts in general. I like to think of myself as creative, and I would love to find a parallel career to channel that. Some of my hobbies are dancing, eating (food enthusiast here!), watching series, obviously listening to music, and reading.

If I have to talk about my private life, I can say that I still have the same loving group of friends from school, and that I have been with my boyfriend, Iván, for almost three years.

One of the most amazing experiences I had was living in Brighton for a month. I went there to study English the summer before starting University and I enjoyed every day of it. I met some incredible friends, practiced my language, and got to know a lot of beautiful places. I really wish to travel abroad in the near future, maybe studying or working in a different country.

I never worked on a project like this one, but I'm very excited to do so and meet all of you!
