Founder of Inside The 5, Manuel DeLeon is on a mission to give back to his community in ways unimaginable.

Originally from Belleview, Florida, but currently residing in Orlando, Florida, Manuel is a loving father and a military veteran having served four years in the United States Marine Corps from 2007-2011. During those four years, he was deployed to Iraq under Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom where he served as a Military Policeman (MP) and a Military Cook.

Currently, Manuel is obtaining his Bachelors of Science in Sports Marketing and Media at Full Sail University, where he will be among the graduating class of May 2018.

In addition, Manuel also holds an internship as a writer, reporter, and photographer for The SkyBoat. Under his internship, Manuel has written some of the top stories on Florida State Football and other various athletic events and Bowl Games.

As founder of Inside The 5, Manuel has stated that his mission is to "inspire and empower our youth through sports, education and relevant culture." Manuel desires to build up his community by using his knowledge of the sports industry and sports culture and his experience from the military as an example of what can be done if you set goals, work hard, have faith and be persistent.
