Family has always come first, but that all changed in March. Manuel Goldring discovered an entirely new level of devotion with the birth of his first child. Being a parent brings him peace and fulfillment. It hasn't been easy, as it is for any new father. Inadequate sleep and a full-time commitment are unyielding challenges. Nonetheless, the reward is worthwhile. One of his greatest joys is waking up each morning to his baby's smile. He's learning on the job. Despite what others say, he discovers that every child, including his own, is unique. There is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all strategy. He is, however, enjoying the journey. Every day, he discovers something new, exciting, and rewarding.
