I am having professional and educational background with M. Tech. (Civil), specializing in Structural Engineering. I have had about 19 years of experience in Structural Design of Bridges , Flyovers , Elevated Roads International Bridge and Structural expert for Multilateral lending agencies projects like ADB and World Bank Projects, Chinese Exim Bank . Managed complex projects in across countries and geographies . Mahendra Highways NGUIP , Nepal Dhaka Ashuliya Elevated Road Project. (DAEP ) Samridhi Highway CP 14 .

With more than 19 years of varied and extensive experience of Project Management for the Construction Supervision and Detail Design projects of Metro, Bridges and Infrastructure Projects.

Project Management experience include from Origination to Closure Phases; Hands-on experiences in Monitoring the Progress of Works, Budget Utilizations, Scope and Quality of Works to ensure that the project completion is aligned with the Schedule whilst maintaining all channels of communication with all relevant Key Stakeholders.

Other experience includes Valuation of Variation Orders, Claims, Arbitration, Cost and Value Engineering, Feasibility Study of the Projects, Tender Review, Tender Document Preparation and Project Planning etc. design of Water retaining structures, Water Supply Projects, OHSR, CWR, ETP, STP projects, Multi-storeyed Buildings/Bridges engineering, planning & execution of projects funded by international financial institutions like World Bank, IBRD & ADB among others.

I had attended creative writing workshops and I am avid reader of Books and collectors of fountain pen .
