Maple Walker

Hello everyone,

My name is Maple Joy. MJ for short. I currently live in Chicago, Illinois.I’m a graduate student pursing my Masters degree in New Media Journalism at Full Sail University.

I have a funny sense of humor. I love to make people laugh. I also live a very active lifestyle. I love to run and dance. In my spare time I teach Zumba classes, and love every minute of it.

Three years ago, I moved from Cleveland to Chicago, in hopes of diving deeper into journalism. As a former In-Arena host for the Lake Erie Monsters, Canton Charge and Cleveland Gladiators, I wanted to grow and spread my wings. As much as I love Chicago, it became a very overwhelming city. There are so many things to do and see. So I figured why not make a website for tourists and local residents that want information on what's going on in the city?
