Tamika Mapp

Tamika is a seasoned executive in fundraising, marketing and insurance advice. She is currently a founder of Beautiful 4 Less. In this position, she leads the company’s overall planning to help small businesses and individuals learn how to gain financial independence. Tamika started Beautiful 4 Less in 2010, following a 10-year career in various areas of fundraising and human resources management. She has held positions across the nonprofit spectrum including fundraising administrative assistant, fund development officer, employee relations and recruiting.

Tamika is a member of Direct Sellers Association (DSA) and serves on the Young Professionals Committee of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of Kaplan University with a Bachelors Degree in Paralegal Studies. She has a passion for mentoring young girls and women in New York City through the Girl Scouts of which she has been a member for 26 years. Tamika’s mantra is, “An educated consumer makes the best customer for everyone”. She resides with her spouse and their dog and cat, in East Harlem, NY.
