Our mission is to encourage students to embrace their own natural movement and to recognize and embrace their own individual style.Our goal is to provide a safe place of unique expression where students can learn an exciting sport, experience a source of release within a welcoming community and find their place within a supportive, positive and judgement free environment.We envision a place where students feel valued, empowered and inspired through movement and community.
