Mar Moung

Martha Moung is based out of Northern California where she is a talent acquisition specialist who partners with multimillion dollar companies that are seeking staffing solutions through strategic hiring. With almost a decade in the industry, she manages three locations in the Central Valley where she runs operations for recruiting and account management. She is part of the management/leadership team where continuous improvement is a top priority in creating a healthy and diverse working environment. Much of her day consists of interviewing and development for people to thrive in their careers while making an impact everyday on those in the community who are seeking better employment opportunities. She also provides housing for traveling professionals to help with the increasing demands of our healthcare community. As an Asian-American woman from the disreputable city of Stockton, Martha has become passionate about women empowerment and wants to share her experiences to help others grow in their professional journey despite their circumstances. She is intrigued by everyone’s story and believes that there is something that we can learn from everyone no matter where they are at in life. She believes that we can balance our professional and personal lives and enjoys traveling to different parts of the world to experience their food, culture, and nightlife while being physically and mentally healthy to experience life at its full potential.
