About Mara

Mara is currently employed at Ensign Bickford Aerospace & Defense (EBAD) in Simsbury, CT. Achievement driven, Mara has held five positions in the 5.5 years she's been employed by EBAD: Planner, Master Scheduler, Production Manager, Program Manager, and presently a Missile Systems Capture Manager.

Mara's holds a Bachelors from Clarkson University in Global Supply Chain Management, and she has chosen to pursue her MBA at QU to support her career goals of becoming the first woman CEO of Ensign Bickford Industries.

Mara's Interests

While career focused, Mara makes time for her interests too:

• Dogs
  • Mara has four rescue dogs: Billy, Oshie, Sahara, and Lily.
• Sports
  • A fan of NHL, NBA and MLB, but also enjoys maintaining her health through co-ed indoor soccer in the winters.
• Personal Learning
  • An avid reader, a quilter, a jam/canning enthusiast, an amateur lunar photographer, and most recently she's become an apiarist!
• Mind And Body:
  • Mara enjoys yoga, meditation, her Peloton, and walks/runs with her dogs (one at a time, of course!)
• Family:
  • Mara has recently moved from CT to NY, working remotely, to spend time with her family.
