Qualified radio engineer with experience in offshore and onshore telecommunications. 12 years in communications/security - related engineering, development, planning, installation, support, maintenance and implementation in telecommunication field. Responsibility for carrying out all necessary process design functions required for Conceptual Engineering Design and Detail Engineering for offshore and onshore Oil & Gas production facilities including hazardous area.

In the past 5 years experience of working as military communication officer. Knowledge of signal interception, direction-finding and jamming principles. Experience of developing electronic warfare equipment. Understanding of radio communication security principles. Have an innovation proposal registered in Russia related with enhancing of VSAT data transmitting algorithm.
