Marc Chattah was born and raised in New York. He got his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law, a top 25 law school, magna cum laude, in the top 5% of his class.
He started his career at Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office prosecuting misdemeanors and DUIs. Mr. Chattah quickly worked his way up to becoming a high-level felony prosecutor, where he investigated and tried the most serious and complex cases in Miami-Dade County. He tried more cases in front of a jury than any other Miami-Dade prosecutor in his final three years at the State Attorney’s Office.
Since leaving the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, Marc Chattah has devoted his practice exclusively to criminal defense, successfully defending his clients in Federal and State Court.
