Hello, I’m Marc. I’m a family man living in Montreal, Canada.

I am a fan of entrepreneurship, fitness, poker, chess, and technology.

My love of computing started with an Apple IIe in 1984, graduating Computer Engineering to a 25 year career in technology. I’ve witnessed the advent of the modern Internet as a participating founder of ecommerce, interactive television, online casinos, online payments, and online marketing companies. I’m currently Chief Security Officer at Wirecard Canada, in charge of keeping the bad guys from stealing our credit card information.

The passive income of Real Estate has always been a passion for me, and I dove in with both feet. Starting with single family buy and holds, I graduated to flips, renovations, small scale development, and am currently most active in commercial real estate. The portfolio I manage has just about 60 doors in Alberta and Quebec. My favorite activity is writing dividend checks to my partners, which is really the point, isn’t it?

As a husband and father to two teenagers, I am continuously reminded of the need to work on myself. Books, podcasts, poker, chess, basketball, crossfit, nutrition, coaching and new experiences help me on my journey to self-discovery. For me, life is about finding the path to help others while living fully and mindfully. And I can’t wait to discover more!
