Marc Op de Beek

After messing around in drugslabs for some years (don't worry; they were from the goverment and established international companies) I made the switch to ICT in 1998.

Two years later I learned about SAP and began in that field of work. Since then I specialized in de logistic part and interfaces with the outside world.

My true affection lies at retail companies so thats where I've been working for the last 10 years, almost exclusively with SAPs industry solution for Retail. Past companies I've worked for are: KPN, Veronica Uitgeverij, Maxeda, HEMA, V&D;, M&S;, Praxis and Brico (Belgium)

Currently I'm employed at the Dutch branch of Compass Group, the worlds largest caterer. Doing another implementation of SAP Retail, first time ever in the catering branche that this solution is applied. I think it's brilliant.
