Marc Steinlin

Marc Steinlin is excited about achieving more meaningful results by understanding organisations and groups as living systems. When designing change processes and facilitating gatherings, he investigates ways of doing justice to their complex character and taking human nature and behaviour into account. Besides he is actively engaged in creating alternative ways of managing endeavours and projects, which build on cutting edge insights from complexity science such as prototyping. Marc has a master in sociology and international law from the University of Zürich and a certificate in development studies from the ETH Zürich. He enjoys balancing his work with exploring the beautiful landscapes of his new “backyard” – all over Africa.
