Marc Cail grew up in Boston in the Beacon Hill neighborhood. His family moved several times as he was growing up which gave him a fine perspective on various lifestyles.

Marc graduated from Emory University with honors in Anthropology and a fluency in French. From there, Marc took on Paralegal School, graduating at the top of his class.

Marc soon returned to his childhood town, Boston, where he began his legal profession as a Law Clerk and quickly rose to Senior Legal Assitant / Case Manager at national-level law firms.

Marc Cail has always been passionate about his philanthropic work, having worked as a social worker for developmentally delayed adults and volunteered at the local hospital. HIs work here attributed to him enrolling in Harvard's Extension School, where he started taking premedical classes. While at Harvard, Marc was given the distinction of being named a Teaching Fellow in Chemistry. During this time, Marc was working in clinical research at Massachusetts General Hospital, he was awarded the Partner's in Excellence Award for his contribution to work published in the fields of Telemedicine, Dermatology, and Cardiology.

After realizing much of his life was going unfulfilled, Marc decided the demands of the profession were not for him and moved to New York City. While in NYC, a cultural Mecca, Marc immersed himself in the written and spoken language, landing him a job in publishing. From there, Marc enrolled in New York University's Graduate School of Business. While enrolled, Marc found himself working on Mayor Giuliani's campaign, and on Mayor Bloomberg's soon after graduation.
