Hi, I'm Marc Englaro and I'm passionate about helping organisations build better relationships with their prospects and customers to attract and retain good business.
I've been working in the customer relationship management space for more than 10 years, but am every day inspired by the opportunities for organisations to grow through investing in improving their customers' experience.
My current job is Managing Director for InsightfulCRM, a company of consultants who deliver CRM systems and services around sales effectiveness, marketing automation and customer service, for mid-sized companies and tertiary education institutions across Australia.
