Over the past 15 years, I have built multimillion dollar direct marketing agencies and business groups at TMP Worldwide/Monster.com and J. Walter Thompson. Starting with a cubicle and a phone in 2005, I built my small agency into a 12.5 million dollar publicly traded marketing and technology company that was named North Texas' Fastest Growing Public Company in 2011.
