Marc-Andre Boisseau

Co-founder and Managing Director of Boisseau, Felicione & Associates, Inc., Marc-Andre Boisseau is an accounting executive with more than two decades of experience. As a Certified Public Accountant, Boisseau has served a number of businesses since 1987, managing all financial, accounting, and tax affairs, and providing a wide range of financial services to corporations in a variety of spheres.

Founded in 2002, Boisseau, Felicione & Associates is a Certified Public Accounting Firm serving medium-sized corporations throughout the West Palm Beach, Florida, area, including Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Boca Raton, and Wellington. Marc-Andre Boisseau's firm provides a variety of services, including accounting and bookkeeping, tax planning and preparation, audits, reviews, compilations, and QuickBooks consulting. Boisseau's company also offers assistance to publicly traded companies regarding mergers, acquisitions, reporting, and interactions with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

As Managing Director, Boisseau provides consulting on operational, strategic, and financial matters, as well as advice on Securities and Exchange Commission accounting issues. With a deep understanding of corporate life cycles, debt and equity transactions, and private placement strategy, he presides over executive client accounts, helping companies grow from centralized operations to expanded international ventures. In addition to assisting corporations, Boisseau also provides income and estate planning counsel to private individuals. Presently, he leads his company with partner and co-founder Nicola Felicione, who also serves as Managing Director.

Along with being a Certified Public Accountant, Boisseau holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Université de Montréal. Prior to founding his company, he held executive positions with several leading companies, including DataCore Software and Citrix Systems, Inc.
