Marc Bruner

Marc Bruner studied geology at Tulane University before embarking on a series of oil and gas ventures throughout the United States and internationally. From 1996 to 1999, Marc Bruner served as Chairman of the Board for New York Stock Exchange listed natural gas company Ultra Petroleum Corporation.

In 1997 Marc Bruner founded Pennaco Energy Inc a company which specialises in developing unconventional oil and gas from coal bed methane properties in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming and Montana.

Marc Bruner founded Toronto Venture Exchange listed Falcon Oil and Gas Ltd in 2005. He was Chief Executive Officer and President of the company until 2010.

In 2011, Marc Bruner founded the Australian-based Paltar Petroleum, to develop an extensive unconventional oil and gas play in the Beetaloo Basin, potentially one of the world’s largest untapped shale deposits.
