Marc Cubrich

Marc Cubrich, M.A., is a researcher, Industrial-Organizational psychologist, and experienced assessment and personnel selection professional. Marc is a Senior Manager of Global Talent Management at PepsiCo, where he leads the company’s pre-hire assessment portfolio and internal assessment offerings across sectors, functions, and organizational levels. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Marc held roles at APTMetrics and Modern Hire, where he partnered with clients on talent management solutions in the areas of litigation support, job analysis, assessment development and validation, and competency modeling across a wide range of industries.

Marc has authored several book chapters and his work has appeared in journals such as Computers in Human Behavior, Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice, Personnel Assessment and Decisions, Psychological Trauma: Theory, Research, Practice, and Policy, and Translational Issues in Psychological Science.
