I love to create insights, tools & projects at the interface of psychology, art, community and business together with individuals & organisations to support them with their next step. Most of the time I use "my" Elemental Framework (see image), which shows the inter-connectedness of nature, mind and society and which helps to understand the elements (parts), their interaction and the whole. The basics of Mindconnexion have been used for different personality "tests" which I created in my "app-builder" with themes like stress, motivation, happiness, vitality, study choice, client types and organization culture. New are a Culture Personality Indicator for a Dutch Recruitment Company and a Talent Tool for a dutch youth career initiative.
