I'm an organizational consultant, a trainer, and a life and career coach, with a passion for learning, innovation, personal development and sustainability. I believe in the power of conversation and engagement, and also in the importance of systemic thinking.

I have an MA. in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University, and a BA. in Human Relations from Universidad de Monterrey. Also, I have more than 18 years of experience in Organizational Development, Change Management, Leadership Development and HR.

I host World Cafe sessions and a stammtisch about personal change, as well as different personal development circles.

I'm into leisure blogging, reading, writing, cooking, storytelling, computer games, learning new stuff every day and meeting wonderful people around the world.
