Marcello Vena is the founder and managing partner of All Brain (www.allbrain.org) the world's first on-demand leadership organisation for top executives in the media and publishing industry, focused on exploring, inventing, delivering and executing businesses aimed at the future. Previously Marcello Vena had founded from scratch and managed the entire digital trade book business of RCS Mediagroup, one of the largest European publishers and owner of book prestigious publishing houses such as Rizzoli, Bompiani and Fabbri Editori. Before entering the publishing industry in 2010, he had been working on innovating product, service, process and organisations in diverse industries such as: aerospace, semiconductor, internet, pharma&biotech;, home appliances, apparel, logistics. He has almost 20 years of business innovation experience across three continents (Europe, US & Asia), encompassing the roles of designer, entrepreneur, venture capitalist, management consultant, negotiator and general manager. Marcello Vena is one of only 80 Italian nationals to hold an MBA degree with Dean’s List Distinction from INSEAD (France, Singapore). He also holds a MS degree on Electronics Engineering from University of Palermo (Italy) with full marks and honors (on-time). He speaks all five main languages of Western Europe.
