Marcel Lucchese
licensed real estate agent in Kingston, New York
Marcel Lucchese grew up in Kingston, New York, where he has built the majority of his professional life. He attended Florida State University on a track and field scholarship, won the 1993 Section 9 and OCIAA league championship in cross-country as an individual athlete, and after an injury ended his collegiate athletic career, completed a bachelor’s degree in health education. He then earned a master’s degree in physical education and exercise science from Brooklyn College.
He coached cross-country, indoor track, and outdoor track at the high school level in Kingston for 16 consecutive years, sending hundreds of student athletes on to college on scholarship and leading the program to division championships. He has taught physical education in the Kingston City School District for 25 years, with the past decade spent in elementary adaptive PE, traveling between schools to work with children whose disabilities prevent participation in standard classes.
Lucchese holds a New York real estate license and has been working on residential properties throughout his career, including house flipping, home construction, and land development. He is a certified personal trainer. He plans to retire from teaching and relocate to Southern California to pursue real estate as his primary career.
