Marcelo Lourenço is a Brazilian creative.

After 10 years working in São Paulo, he moved to Portugal where he became one of the most awarded professionals in the country.

In 2006, he was invited to start up the new Havas Group agency at Portugal: Fuel Lisboa.

The agency, which started with four people and one single client, is now the largest agency in the country, one of the most successful start-up agencies in the Portuguese creative industry.

His campaign "Mugshots", created for Amnesty International, was selected by The Gunn Report as one of the best of 2011 - 2012. It’s also one of the most awarded campaigns in the history of the Havas Network.

Marcelo Lourenço is a proud father of two daughters, and in 2011 published his first book, a children's book called “The Big Book of Children's Rights”.
