Marc Austin Hunt

I am a 16 year HR/Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in call center, proprietary higher education, creative services, technology, and executive recruiting. I hold a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Hampton University in Hampton, VA and completed graduate studies at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI.

I manage two companies that highlight my professional skills and passions. Recruiting Ingenuity based in Orlando, FL, focuses on contingency and retained talent acquisition, recruiting planning and project management, and corporate diversity. We provide a wide range of services for small business, non-profit, corporate, and education institutions offering consulting, on-site, and remote recruiting solutions. Marc Hunt Associates executes fitness and adventure focused events for students, graduates, and supporters of historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). Our upcoming events include an armada, half/full marathon, and a motorcycle crusie and festival.
