Award-winning multi-media writer helping brands get creative with content. Social media sprite. Closet novelist. Smart. Curious. Pretty fun. You'd like me.

I'm an artist in an itchy business suit. I write for a living. Expertly. Life and the people in it are my niche. I've written for magazines over the last 30 (!!) years. I'm an essayist at heart. I've also written a novel -- looking for an agent -- that incorporates travel in Germany, Italy & Greece, set in 1967. I love adventures, being out in this incredible world, and meeting its fascinating inhabitants.

Bragging rights: Won a state-wide speech competition. Also, ATHENA Award. I once met (then Crown) Prince Hassan of Jordan. That was pretty cool, and he was very nice -- although he was 20 & I was 17 and I was too involved in being cool to know how cool it actually was. He was being semi-hidden in the living room of my aunt & uncle's house in Washington DC by my other uncle who was in the CIA and known as a legend. So it was a bit of an accident to actually meet His Highness. I can't claim bragging rights on the circumstances.
