In 2009, after 11 years of outstanding performance practising executive search, recruitment and coaching I became Canada’s first Certified Teamability® tech Consultant. Since then I've helped business leaders and stakeholders solve difficult problems and hire better by understanding and addressing issues from a Team Perspective.
