SUMMARY PROFILE:
I have ten years of experience working in the boating industry, in that 10 years I have fully detailed yachts, worked for a Boat Rental Club, and presently taking care of a 6 boat fleet. I have over six years working in a kitchen at various levels. Some of these include, a sous chef and a food prep cook, I have also been solely responsible for feeding up to 17 people, three meals a day, in a one oven galley.
RELEVANT SKILLS:
10 years boat operating experience. Extensive experience with boats 30 feet or less, minimal experience operating a 65 foot catamaran. Love to prepare and mix fine food creations from all over the world with southern home cooking.
