Marcia Del Rey is a Miami-based attorney and lifelong Miami-Dade county resident. She has been practicing the law since earning her JD from Florida International University in 2005 and subsequently founding her own family offices a few months later. Marcia Del Rey has a passion for helping the less fortunate and has volunteered for a number of charitable organizations and nonprofits that provide support to underprivileged youth and children as well as survivors of domestic violence. She has previously volunteered as a guardian ad litem and for the ARISE program and Kristi House.

After earning a BA in psychology from Miami University, Ms. Del Rey was inspired to attend law school by her experience as an intern in the 11th Judicial Circuit family division. She continued her focus on family law at law school, interning at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office and representing juveniles.

Alongside her legal practice, Ms. Del Rey remains an active community member and is involved with Radio Lollipop at the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, Friends of St Jude Miami, and Amigos for Kids. She also volunteers to help those outside of her community, and her work providing school supplies, food, and medicine for the children of Antigua, Guatemala, earned her the keys of Antigua in appreciation.
