I am a trained and qualified coach-mentor holding a Post Graduate Certficate in Coaching (Personal & Business) and having just completed a Masters in Coaching & Mentoring for Personal, Business & Organisational Development; I also hold a City & Guilds of London adult and further education teaching certificate. I have over 20 years coaching & mentoring experience in the public, private and voluntary sectors, particularly within the Police & Criminal Justice system. I am a Business & Progression Mentor with the Princes Trust and was involved in a 6 month European Mentoring Project called Validating Mentoring 2 with the University of Worcester aimed at support 18-25 year olds with disabilities gain employment.
