Marcia Pierce-Rasmussen

Marcia began her Real Estate career in S. Utah in 2000. She chose to focus her efforts in the areas surrounding Zion National Park. She realized that if she could pull on her mountain boots and tromp the hillsides looking at land parcels for sellers and buyers she would be in her element. In 2010 she bought a small parcel of farmland in upstate New York so that she and her family could really "dig" into the art of homesteading. Upstate New York has a secret beauty that most of the folks living on the west coast are completely unaware of.

Marcia acquired her Real Estate Brokers license shortly after moving into New York and has recently placed her license, as an Associate Broker, at New York Land Quest, located in Dryden, NY. She felt this would be a great fit for her as the focus is on land as well as homes in the Upstate area.

Marcia is also attending TC3 trying to acquire her paralegal certificate as well. She discovered early in her career that she has a deep passion for investigative research on a parcel and she loves to help buyers navigate through the process of buying their land parcel with as much education as possible on all the information they will need to develop their parcel.

Her hope is to work with other homesteaders, such as herself, to find the parcel that is perfect for their needs.
