Marcia Turnoy

With over 15 years of experience as a business manager and senior human resources professional, Marcia Turnoy excels at team building and serving in leadership capacities. She is an expert at identifying organizational needs, strategic planning, and implementing initiatives that facilitate corporate growth. Marcia Turnoy's areas of expertise include information technology systems, negotiation, conflict resolution, problem solving, employee relations, and management/employee development.

Since 2010, Ms. Turnoy has held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Incapital, LLC, a securities and investment banking firm. In this role, Ms. Turnoy develops human resources strategic and operational plans based upon Incapital's long-term goals. More specifically, she develops special programs to recruit employees to fill the knowledge, competency, and talent gaps within the company. Furthermore, Ms. Turnoy develops, implements, and enforces the company's human resources policies and procedures. She also monitors and evaluates the human resources function and performance to determine the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs. In order to resolve employee or management issues, Marcia Tournoy engages in active listening to facilitate problem solving.

Marcia Turnoy brings a record of accomplishment to her current employer. In her previous position, she served as the Business and Human Resources Manager at First Switzerland Financial Ltd. for over a decade. In this capacity, Ms. Turnoy held responsibilities for all aspects of fiscal management with oversight of all human resources issues. Ms. Turnoy contributed extensively to First Switzerland's growth from a single-office company to an eight-state operation during her tenure. Prior to her career at First Switzerland, Marcia Turnoy served as the Business Manager at Insurance Risk Management, for which she developed and maintained accounting systems and controls while researching and implementing new hardware and software for corporate operations. Ms Turnoy began her career as the Business Manager for the YWCA's of Metro Chicago, where her many responsibilities included purchasing and overseeing installations at 12 sites.

Marcia Turnoy earned a B.A. in Industrial Psychology from Southern Illinois University.
