I am a full time instructor and coach at my school in Gatineau. I have been training from age 9 and teaching since in was 16. I opened my first school at 19 and have been doing this full time since 1998. I am married to Christine Patenaude who also teaches martial arts and fitness/conditionning at our school. We have two beautiful daughters. Our school is our passion and we strive to offer the best martial arts experience for people of all ages and goals.
