I am Marc Jaffrey OBE. I'm passionate about people's capacity to lead and sustain change in pursuit of a courageous purpose and the science and alchemy of communications to help achieve it.

After 30 years of leading change in the creative industries, education and cause-related campaigns (and being honoured for the effort) I now get asked to help leaders drive change, encourage staff to embrace it and support companies deliver benefits through it. And on occasion, I jump in and help instigate and deliver it.
