Marc Lair

A San Diego entrepreneur, Marc Lair guides The Equitable Group, Inc., and focuses on property investments in Southern California that generate consistent returns. Marc Lair also serves as OutCo Labs co-founder and senior advisor, and is an integral part of a California cannabis industry that began with a vertically integrated San Diego County cannabis operation.

Mr. Lair’s firm has an employee base of 115, with several PhDs in their fields, including one who earned appointment to the California Department of Agriculture’s Industrial Hemp Advisory Council. In addition to its two legal dispensaries, the company maintains a core focus on medical cannabis manufacturing, cultivation, and wholesale distribution. One major operation is “SC Naturals” in South Carolina, which extracts the cannabinoids from legal hemp.

Mr. Lair and his team have a commitment to employing individuals of merit, including healthcare and nutraceutical company founders. They also reach out to US military veterans in filling key positions, and have a foundational goal of attaining CBD product distribution across all 50 states by year-end 2019.

Passionate about travel, Marc Lair was recently able to attain a long-held goal of running with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain, with his oldest son.
