Marc Lemchen
Orthodontist Dr. Marc Lemchen runs a successful practice based in New York City. He has been practicing orthodontics for many years. Dr. Marc Lemchen attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, graduating in 1970. He then enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, serving at the Yokota Elementary School Dental Clinic in Fussa, Japan, for two years. Upon his return to the United States, Dr. Lemchen completed a Certificate in Orthodontics at the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. At his current practice, Dr. Marc Lemchen offers a wide range of orthodontic services, including correction for malocclusion or misaligned bites, teeth crowding, and all other aspects of jaw and tooth alignment. Dr. Marc Lemchen and his staff provide braces, palate expanders, and Herbst appliances. In addition to his work in private practice, Dr. Lemchen maintains a number of hospital affiliations in the New York area. He served as the Co-Chief of Orthodontics for the Department of Dentistry at Lenox Hill Hospital. Dr. Lemchen also serves as a Senior Attending Orthodontist at New York Presbyterian Hospital. Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Marc Lemchen also maintains a second career in business, having founded Dolphin Imaging and Management Solutions, an orthodontic software company that develops state-of-the-art imaging applications for use with digital X-ray machines and Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT). Dr. Lemchen has served as the Chairman of the Board and as Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board for the company.
