Marco Castorina

I left Italy when I was 24 to experience life outside of the country. What it was meant to be only six months in Dublin ended up being almost five years, during which I completed a MSc in Digital Games at DIT, worked as Web Developer on the European Ecommerce Platform for GameStop, did some freelancing, got married and had a baby.

I always had an interest in research, and when the opportunity presented, I moved to London with my family to pursue an Engineering Doctorate in Digital Media at Bournemouth University. I'm one year in and really excited about the project I'm working on.

Outside of work, I like reading, playing games, cooking and experimenting with new technologies.
