Marco Moschetta

Since 1995 Marco has been working as corporate finance and M&A advisor. He is the founder of an investment banking boutique dedicated to family-owned, small and mid sized companies.

Previously, Marco had been among the partners of Aurea Corporate Finance, a boutique that enjoyed a very busy period in the 2000s, and also a founder and boardmember at Mergers Alliance, a global M&A network.

Marco has been responsible for M&A and Ipo assignments in luxury goods, machinery & equipment, consumer goods, electronics. He has experience in dealmaking, deal structuring, business planning and business research.

Marco keeps in touch on a regular basis with his network of business contacts spanning western and eastern Europe, the South East Asia region and the US.

He holds a university degree in economics and political science, and has completed a master course in international economics. A practitioner of macroeconomics, he is in the advisory board of an independent think-thank dedicated to strategic studies. He also runs his blog on macro issues www.moneywars.ch

Marco speaks Italian, English, French and some Russian.

He is based in Zug, Switzerland, and spends a couple of months per year travelling internationally.

Married with Ruslana, he has made his family a dynamic team eager to consider the world as home.

In his very little free time, Marco swims, goes skiing, plays tennis and enjoys reading of history, economics and literature.
