Be it leading a manufacturing line at P&G, consulting for the top global corporations with McKinsey & Co., starting a courier & parcel venture for the underserved Hispanic consumer to compete with Fedex, or empowering creative to thrive and lead Early-Stage Advertising Agencies. Marco has always believed there can only be Big Ideas if you’ve identified the toughest business problem that needs to be addressed and transform the context around it.

He is recognized as one of the sharpest strategic thinkers in the industry, with a focus on creating innovation and effective communication solutions that help a brand's business thrive and grow. He has earned awards from festivals such as a Cannes Lions, Grand Prix El Sol, Best of Show USH Idea Awards, FIAP, the CLIO Awards, the ADDYs, and Advertising Age.

Marco is the only Planning Director to serve as member of the jury for the Hispanic Account Planning Excelencia Awards three times in the past 10 years, most recently as president of the jury. He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School, and co-authored the book Angel Investing in Latin America.
