Marco Palenzona

Marco is M.Sc graduate from the Swiss Institute of Technology having graduated both in Mechanical Engineering and Organizational Management. He is currently the regional HR Manager associated with Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices, Global Orthopaedics. He has over 24 years of extensive experience in HR and other areas. He has built a strong relationship of trust with the Management Board. He is involved in providing group and one-on-one coaching with managers and employees. He educates clients on relevant application of all HR policies and processes and possesses a strong focus on performance management, compensation philosophy, HR initiatives and strategies. He is passionate about travelling, Formula 1 racing and reading.
