Marco-Abel Nordio

As one of the owners of Studio Residences, Marco-Abel Nordio holds the title of President for Acquisitions for the firm and is responsible for acquiring new properties and for negotiating with other firms to create cooperative agreements for funding and developing new projects. Studio Residences is an elite real estate development, management and investment firm that serves the U.S. marketplace and identifies exceptional projects and bargain-price properties to maximize profitability for clients and stakeholders.

Marco's path to leadership at Studio Residences has been a circuitous and challenging one. During his tenure with a local Italian semi-professional soccer team, Marco developed social and communications skills that allowed him to work effectively in the team environment. He also acquired a love for fitness, exercise and sports that has continued throughout his life and that has led him to participate in coaching soccer and in Ironman triathlon competitions around the world.

Marco-Abel Nordio first came up with the idea of running his own real estate development business during his early days in Vancouver, British Columbia. Marco found work in the area as an assistant and member of the construction crew for real estate rehab projects. As he honed his contracting skills, Marco began making plans for an elite real estate investment and development firm that would specialize in finding exclusive U.S. projects and properties on behalf of stakeholders within the company and outside investors to create synergy and establish a new paradigm in the modern real estate marketplace.
