I have been in finance, since the beginning of my early career, back in Peru, in 1991. Since then I have involved in M&A, Investment Banking, Corporate and Project Financing, Structured Financing, Hedge Funding and Fixed-Asset Collateralized Commercial and Residential Lending; both in Debt and Equity.

I have also participated as advisor in other industries, such as the publishing, hospitality, automotor and compliance world. I have been a consultant restructuring enterprises, particularly focused on debt.

Currently, I work for a National Bank, covering a region for the South East region of USA.

I have passion for certain elements of the future of finance, which are the bases for my life-long learning in software technologies. My first bachelor was in Economics, and still my heart beats for it. I am planning to fusion my current interest with my experience in the economics and financial field.

My professional interests are Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Fintech and distributed technologies, with focus on financial applications. I am working in the creation of a Non-Profit organization geared towards open source participation towards the development of technologies with distributed nodes, that warrant encryption, smart contracts and timestamp.
