I'm a project manager with a digital and service design background interested in the relation between social design, innovative services and digital tools in business scenarios.

I love to conceptualize and design new services for customers and citizens that deliver a positive social impact whilst making good business sense. I like to be in deep exploration throughout the lifecycle of service design, from co-design, prototyping, UX design and user testing through to the creation of communication and branding material that really bring services and enterprises to life.

My favourite topics are tourism, culture, retail, social and business innovation, mobility and urban regeneration.

I am a Smart City and IoT enthusiast.
