An award-winning business leader based in Clinton, Mississippi, Dr. Marco Moran serves as president of KJ&E Holdings, a company that sources difficult-to-find medical supplies for health systems, schools, and government agencies. In addition to acting as a broker between buyers and suppliers, Dr. Marco Moran develops sales teams and account management systems to support such transactions.
Dr. Marco Moran’s numerous professional accolades include a Congressional Business Owner Recognition Award, a Mississippi Minority Business Alliance Award, and a Small Business Administration Exporter of the Year Award. In recognition of his professional expertise, he has been appointed to serve on various boards, including the White House Business Council’s Business Forward and the Executive Committee of the LSU College of Science. He also utilizes his executive experience to mentor new business owners.
Dr. Moran attended Louisiana State University and Southern University in Baton Rouge, and holds a master of business administration degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Outside of work, Dr. Moran is an avid poker player who has competed in tournaments such as the Heartland Poker Tour and has won an event at The Million Dollar Heater at Beau Rivage in South Mississippi.
