I have been working in the ICT sector since 1999 in various roles which, with time and experience, have evolved from Team Leader to CTO. In recent years I have held positions of R&D Manager and Project Manager, adding, in 2012, activities concerning Marketing and Communication.

I graduated Summa Cum Laude in Computer Science in July 1999 from University of Rome "La Sapienza” with a thesis entitled: Pianificazione condizionale basata sulla percezione e su sensori parzialmente affidabili. In October 1999 I began my Ph.D studies focusing on artificial intelligence, and robotic and visual attention. In November 2003, I obtained my Ph.D with a dissertation entitled: Active Vision and Visual Attention for Indoor Environment Classification. After obtaining my Ph.d, I taught computer science courses for Aerospace Engineering and I contributed to several international projects: Marviss (Anthropomorphic Hand and Virtual Reality for the Robotic System on the International Space Station), PEGASO (PErcept Golog for Autonomous agents in Space station Operations). I have designed and developed several autonomous robot software architectures and published many scientific articles on these topics.

My activities are mainly focused on R&D, strategic projects and presales, in particular I am responsible for:
•R&D activities, interacting with research institutes, universities and IT companies in order to identify innovative technologies (such as: Social, Semantic Search, Big Data, Internet of Things) for building new projects and expanding the company's offering.
•Presales activities, supporting both technical and sales structure.
•Project Management.

My experience, in addition to giving me technical skills, has allowed me to improve soft skills including: leadership, communication, problem solving, negotiation, conflict management, creating and keeping deadlines, listening, developing strategies, public speaking, attention to detail, making presentations and creative thinking.
