Marcos Luna

Aviation industry and Data analyst in Manhattan, New York

I’m an operations-driven professional with over a decade of experience in airline operations, where I’ve developed a strong foundation in performance tracking, coordination, and real-time decision-making.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in Psychology from Lehman College, which has helped shape my analytical thinking and understanding of human behavior in operational environments.

In my current role, I support day-to-day airport operations while also contributing to data reporting and analysis used by leadership to evaluate performance across key metrics. From tracking week-to-date and month-to-date trends to supporting operational reporting, I’ve built a growing skill set in turning data into insights that drive better decisions.

What sets me apart is my ability to bridge the gap between operations and analytics understanding not just the numbers, but the real-world impact behind them.

I’m currently focused on continuing to grow in data and analytics, with hands-on experience in reporting, process improvement, and performance analysis. I enjoy finding ways to make workflows more efficient, identifying trends, and helping teams operate more effectively.

Outside of work, I stay active through fitness and enjoy sports, but I’m most driven by continuous growth both professionally and personally.
