In 1986, Marcos Taccolini, start working in industrial software at company ESCA, in Sao Paulo, Brasil. The first project he get involved was new manufacturing line for General Motors, using PC based automation and Allen-Bradley PLCs. That time, in 1986, it was the starting of PC computers being applied on the factory-floor. UNITEC signed its first substantial OEM with BOSCH in 1994. BOSCH is a company in Germany.
