Today's world needs problem solvers, explorers, risk takers, and creative minds. It needs people who are open, who listen and who learn.

When I teach I show these characteristics to my students. I encourage them to step outside their comfort zones and to do something that isn't easy. Facing difficult problems happens to us all and students should learn this at a young age and not be timid or shy away from a challenge.
